Move off Lovable Cloud to your own Supabase

Your project runs on Lovable Cloud and you've hit its walls: no SQL editor, no service role key, no custom auth emails, no direct dashboard access. You need your own Supabase project without losing data.

1. In Lovable: Cloud tab → Advanced → Export to download a .backup of your database.
2. Same screen → Remove Lovable Cloud (available since July 2026 — Cloud is no longer permanent).
3. Create your own Supabase project and restore the .backup.
4. In Lovable, connect the project to your own Supabase and update the env keys.
5. Verify auth users, storage buckets and RLS policies came through before deleting anything.
